I just believe in it. I learned from here - It is a weekend course called the happiness program and you should go. Do this every day and your life will be transformed. It's not enough to know it and watch it. You must do it! The different breathing techniques and mudras (hand gestures) move energy (prana) through the body. It cleanses your lungs and your neural passageways.
The idea is that you reset your responses to stimuli. This isn't a quick fix. It only works if you do this regularly over a long period of time. Some say you get some supernatural powers if you do this for years. Moving energy around your vital organs can be harmful if you are taking certain medications or have some health problems.
This is just breathing but you need to learn from a teacher and do it properly or you could have problems with organs like gall bladder, spleen, pancreas, liver, etc. If you sit through the whole thing there is a surprise at the end.
