Basically, I download the hotfixes to my desktop, drop them in the WM ActiveSync folder that was creaded on my desktop once I re-installed ActiveSync and introduced my HD2 after the new ROM install.and then I was able to find the hotfixes in the START > FILE EXPLORER and then just click on each one and follow the instructions on-screen. For those of you that missed my entire ordeal, I purchased my HTC HD2 from O2 Germany, unlocked. The only problem was that it was all fully rendered on a all German ROM. I asked for help in somehow figuring out a way to change it from German to English, and Mr. Anthony came to the rescue. Again, thanks a million buddy! It's been a long and hard 4 day journey my friend, mixed with crappy wifi internet access, trips to the O2 store, many stops at local S'bucks cofe shops, internet cafes and a whole lot of headaches.
